At the end of March 2026, six Sale members from Montague Patchers reciprocated and visited Beartown with a large variety of their quilts. Also included were two challenges called “quilting whispers.”
The first of the six, started off with their first ever quilt and progressed to their most recent…
Carolyn Whiteley introduced the next set ….
Examples of Round Robins were included…
The third person showed yet another set of interesting patchwork…
And onto the fourth set..
The fifth member mainly used recycled material, buying shirts, curtaining etc from the charity shop..
Her Japanese Kimono was impressive!
The final person had made a set of matching patchwork deck chairs, though she couldn’t bring the larger daddy one!

And to top all those marvellous works of art, we could browse their two examples of Quilting whispers, which you can see at the end of our Quilty whispers project 2026.
