The members of the Ruby Exhibition Committee have been hard at work, ensuring that every detail is planned for the upcoming exhibition on June 28th and 29th in Congleton Town Hall. They recently visited the town hall to finalise the event’s requirements and the committee has now carefully mapped out the floor plan, strategically arranging the space to showcase the exquisite quilts created by the group’s members. Each quilt tells a story, reflecting the passion and creativity of our members.

The committee have also allocated space for the tombola and the sales table at which, visitors can explore and purchase things such as 16-inch cushions, tote bags, pin badges, notebook covers and other useful and beautiful hand made items.

With all final activities planned, the team is working tirelessly to ensure a seamless run-up to the big day.
The group quilt for the raffle is complete and ready to go! Crafted collaboratively by our talented quilters, this magnificent quilt celebrates the Ruby Anniversary of the Beartown Patchwork & Quilters. Its theme? Beautiful red roses—a fitting tribute to 40 years of creativity and camaraderie.
